Lawn Doctor of Greenville is hiring a dependable Lawn Care Technician & Field Sales Representative. This is a technician-first role focused on delivering high-quality lawn care services, with additional responsibility for identifying upsell opportunities, generating leads, and supporting business growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform scheduled lawn care services along assigned routes

  • Evaluate lawns and recommend appropriate services

  • Log work and observations using an iPad-based system

  • Request customer reviews when service expectations are exceeded

  • Generate leads through door hangers and neighborhood outreach

  • Earn commission on new customers and service upgrades you generate

What We’re Looking For

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • Comfortable working outdoors independently

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Sales or customer-facing experience a plus

Pay

  • Hourly pay for hours worked

  • Commission opportunities for new sales, upgrades, and converted leads
